App11 Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules for Using the Platform

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using app11. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and us.

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing app11 or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to all users residing in Bangladesh. app11 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and app11. All services provided on the platform are governed by these terms.

Account Creation & Security

To create an account on app11, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Important Account Rules:

  • Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Never share your login credentials with any third party.
  • If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • If documentation is requested for account verification, it must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. For your security, we recommend changing your password regularly.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

All users of the app11 platform are expected to fulfill certain responsibilities and refrain from specific prohibited activities.

User Obligations

  • Keeping Your Own Records of Transactions
  • Reporting Suspicious Activity

Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform in a fraudulent or unlawful manner
  • Unauthorized Access to Another User's Account
  • Attempting to hack or manipulate the system
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity

App11 reserves the right to permanently close any account — and pursue legal action — in connection with the prohibited activities listed above.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on app11 are conducted in BDT. Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the payment methods available on the platform.

Payment Terms & Conditions:

  • Deposit: Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  • Withdrawal: Account verification is mandatory for withdrawals. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
  • Transaction Verification: app11 reserves the right to verify any transaction. Suspicious transactions may be placed on a temporary hold.
  • Currency: All amounts are displayed in BDT (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate.
  • Minimum Limit: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and are subject to change.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the app11 support team within the specified timeframe. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Platform Usage Rules & Account Policy

App11 is committed to maintaining a safe and orderly environment. Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed under the following circumstances:

  • Violating our terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
  • Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's technical systems.
  • Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
  • When required by a directive from a legal authority or a court order.

If an account is closed, any valid balance remaining may be reviewed for refund; however, this may be forfeited in cases of terms violations. If you wish to dispute an account suspension, please reach out through the designated support channel.

App11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, users will be notified in advance.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

App11 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. app11 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or other unavoidable circumstances.

App11 shall not be liable for the following:

  • Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or errors.
  • Disruptions caused by third-party services, network issues, or device-related problems.
  • Loss of user data or funds due to unauthorized access, where the user has failed to follow the required security measures.
  • Financial losses resulting from market fluctuations or betting outcomes.
  • Service unavailability due to natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

The user agrees that app11's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the app11 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is protected by app11's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

The app11 platform may integrate with certain third-party services or game providers. app11 is not responsible for the content, quality, reliability, or security of these third-party services. Their own terms and conditions apply whenever you use them.

Users may not use app11's name, logo, or brand identity for any purpose without prior written permission from app11.

Changes to Terms, Privacy & Governing Law

App11 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the platform along with the effective date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bangladesh.
